2. Privacy policy (GDPR)
We keep data collection to the strict minimum needed to run a free, abuse-resistant service.
Data we process:
- IP address — to enforce the daily limit (2/day) and prevent abuse;
- Your text descriptions (prompts) and the generated images;
- Date and time of each generation;
- A language cookie (
lang) and a Cloudflare Turnstile anti-bot token.
Purposes & legal basis: operating the service, enforcing quotas and preventing abuse, and displaying the public gallery — on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure, working service. We never sell your data.
Retention: technical logs (IP + timestamp) are kept for up to 90 days. Public images remain in the gallery until removed; private images are only reachable via their unique link.
Processors / recipients: Cloudflare (anti-bot Turnstile, CDN and secure tunnel) and our hosting providers. Some processing may occur outside the EU under appropriate safeguards (e.g. standard contractual clauses).
Your rights: access, rectification, erasure and objection. Email [email protected] and we will action your request.
Children: the service is designed for families. We do not knowingly collect identifying information about children.
3. Cookies & advertising
We use only the cookies needed for the site to work:

Advertising. This site is funded by advertising. Our advertising partners may set cookies or similar identifiers and, with your consent, send push notifications, to display and measure ads. These third parties may process data outside the EU; you can disable notifications in your browser settings at any time.
4. Terms of use
Coloriage.ai is provided free of charge, limited to 2 creations per day per user.
- Acceptable content: illegal, hateful, violent or sexual content is forbidden and filtered. We may remove any content that breaches these rules.
- Your creations: you may download, print and use the coloring pages you generate for personal and commercial purposes. Public creations may appear in the community gallery; mark a creation private to keep it accessible only through its unique link.
- Availability: the service is provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted availability, and our liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.
5. Intellectual property
The “Coloriage.ai” brand and the site’s code are protected. Images are generated using artificial-intelligence models.
